Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Fox Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
