Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Virginia Beach, VA)

Westbrook Bridge Health is a healthcare provider in Virginia Beach with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
