Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Summit West Care Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
