Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Virginia Beach, VA)

Amberfield Maple Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Virginia Beach area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
