Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Virginia Beach, VA)

Northwind Quarry Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Virginia Beach, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
