Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Virginia Beach, VA)

Ironwood Quarry Care Services supports families and individuals in Virginia Beach with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit.
