Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Quill Health and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
