Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tulsa, OK)

Stonegate Fox Construction is a Tulsa contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
