Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tulsa, OK)

Cedar Glen Civic Services works with county and city offices around Tulsa. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
