Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 480 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
