Harborlight Junction Financial Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
