Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Oak Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Tulsa. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
