Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Pike Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Tulsa, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 492 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
