Clearpath Union Health Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
