Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tulsa, OK)

Bright West Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Tulsa with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
