Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
