Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Bright Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Tucson region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
