Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar North Insurance Partners sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Tucson. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
