Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Toledo, OH)

Northwind Cedar Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Toledo. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
