Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Meadow Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Toledo and nearby communities, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
