Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Nova Umber Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
