Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Union Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Toledo, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
