Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Clear Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Toledo with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
