Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tampa, FL)

Summit Lakeside Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Tampa area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 304 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
