Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tampa, FL)

Foxglove Birch Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Tampa area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
