Bluepeak Vista Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
