Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Sparrow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Tampa, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
