Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Stone Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
