Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tampa, FL)

Fernwood Quill Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Tampa region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
