Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tampa, FL)

Nova Willow Construction is a Tampa contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
