Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Haven Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Tampa, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
