Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Cedar Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Tampa. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
