Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Meridian Foods Partners produces packaged foods at its St. Louis plant, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
