Cedar Sparrow Foods is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
