Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (St. Louis, MO)

Summit West Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the St. Louis area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We invest in training. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
