Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (St. Louis, MO)

Lumen Basin Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across St. Louis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
