Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Nova Umber Foods Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
