Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Bright Financial serves customers across St. Louis with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 235 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
