Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (St. Louis, MO)

Cedar Union Banking Services Group is a regional lender in St. Louis with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
