Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Cross Banking Services Group is a regional lender in St. Louis with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 678 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
