Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Willow Pharma develops and makes medicines in St. Louis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
