Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cedar Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
