Bluepeak Wilder Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around St. Louis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
