Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (St. Louis, MO)

Summit Basin Health provides primary and specialty care in St. Louis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
