Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Wren Banking Services is a community-focused bank in St. Louis serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
