Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Cross Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 552 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies.
