Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Spokane, WA)

Fernwood Orchard Energy is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
