Ironwood Cross Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
