Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Cedar Foods is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
