Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Bridge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Spokane, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
